Regular Phone Contact

You will always have a dedicated consultant backed up by an experienced team, to ensure we build a strong relationship and understand your requirements.

Quality Assurance Forms

These are sent out regularly to enable you to evaluate all aspects of our service.

Reviews and Visits

These will be booked at a convenient time so we can monitor your current needs and respond to any changes where necessary.

Spot-checks and Supervisions

By observing and meeting our staff, we can improve our service.

Complaints and Compliments

We have a strict complaints policy.  We investigate any complaints efficiently and robustly, acting where necessary.
We shall also pass on any compliments - It's always nice to receive positive feedback!
