Wherever the staff may work there is always the chance that they will need to deal with accidents and emergencies. Knowing how to react to these incidents and perform First Aid effectively can mean the difference between life and death.

Beginning by explaining how to assess the situation and casualty this title will give workers a good knowledge of how to deal with a number of emergencies and how to perform basic lifesaving techniques.

With updated supporting materials edited in 2013 This training module includes an updated section on CPR that has been revised to meet the latest Resuscitation Guidelines from the Resuscitation Council (UK).
